Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. You will help shape the performance of AI chatbots by measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that arise during model development. Strong writing, editing, and language skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality of AI model responses for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and user experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
