Application Developer (Low-Code)

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer to design, configure, and test low‑code applications within an Agile environment. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to turn business requirements into secure, scalable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable low‑code components, domain models and microflows to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and process diagrams.
• Prepare UAT test scripts, perform data validation and resolve defects during pre‑ and post‑deployment phases.
• Build and integrate secure data sources, user interfaces and API connections while ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with low‑code/no‑code enterprise platforms such as Mendix or OutSystems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server querying, diagnostics and data mapping.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern integration practices.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using JIRA for sprint planning and defect tracking.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with a track record of supporting time‑sensitive, high‑visibility rollouts.
