Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. You will work remotely to evaluate and improve AI‑powered chatbots by testing their responses, measuring performance, and ensuring linguistic quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Assess the correctness, relevance, and overall performance of chatbot responses.
- Identify logical gaps and provide feedback to enhance model accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
