Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. You will work remotely to help train and evaluate AI chatbots, measuring their progress, checking logic, and improving model quality through detailed language analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Assess the correctness, relevance, and performance of AI‑generated responses.
• Identify errors, suggest improvements, and document findings to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Strong research and fact‑checking abilities.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
