About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will help improve AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to raise model quality. Strong writing, editing and language skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

Assign tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
Evaluate the correctness, performance and overall quality of AI model responses.
Identify issues, provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance chatbot behavior.

Required profile

Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
