Customer Service Manager

About the role

TAO Clean is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and scale its high‑performing support team. You will be responsible for turning an already excellent service operation into a world‑class function that continues to deliver near‑five‑star experiences to a growing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑channel CS team handling chat, email, phone, social, returns, and reviews.
• Design and implement structured onboarding, training, and certification programs.
• Define individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and create clear growth paths for agents.
• Maintain resilient coverage and foster a culture of calm, detail‑oriented performance under pressure.
• Collaborate with AI‑driven tools (Siena) and the Gorgias helpdesk to automate routine tasks, allowing the team to focus on high‑impact interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a customer service or support team at scale.
• Track record of building training frameworks and performance measurement systems.
• Comfort with AI‑enabled support platforms and helpdesk software.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
