Customer Service Associate I

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate I to join our retail team and ensure every shopper enjoys a smooth, friendly experience. You will work at the front of the store, handling transactions, assisting customers, and keeping the environment clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and resolve inquiries.
• Operate an assigned cash register, process sales, and safeguard cash and company assets.
• Receive and unload merchandise, replenish stock, and maintain inventory levels.
• Keep the store tidy by cleaning floors, restocking bathrooms, and managing waste.
• Support a safe, respectful atmosphere through professional interactions with shoppers and teammates.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or grocery.
• Ability to follow written instructions and operational documents.
• Physical capability to lift 30‑50 lb and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, and repetitive motions.
