About the role

Leisure Life Travel is looking for reliable, customer‑focused individuals to join its remote team. As a Customer Service Agent you will help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, and other travel experiences while delivering a high level of service from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel, including cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel options based on client needs.
• Manage reservations and maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and use online systems.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access.
• Interest in travel and hospitality is preferred.
