Customer Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Customer Order Specialist is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for spare parts for Airbus and competitor aircraft across the Americas region. You will join an innovative, global company with a customer‑centric mindset and a hands‑on professional approach.

Key responsibilities

• Order processing: handle customer orders, quotations, entry, sourcing escalations, backorders and logistics, providing information on part availability, cost, transportation and delivery.
• Relationship building: engage customers, promote Satair Group services, identify alternative solutions and guide customers to appropriate material sources.
• Technical support: assist sales and finance with debt account reconciliation, respond to technical inquiries using documentation and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Other duties as assigned: support additional tasks as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in Business, Sales Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Google Suites and SAP; strong PC literacy with word processing, spreadsheet, data entry and database skills.
