Customer Loyalty Representative - Part Time

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for a part-time Customer Loyalty Representative at its airport locations in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The role supports frequent and premium customers in an active, outdoor environment, helping them get on their way quickly and with confidence. It is an on-site position that cannot be done remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist frequent and premium customers at airport operations
• Process rentals for customers enrolled in loyalty programs
• Offer products and services that enhance the customer experience
• Use strong communication and customer service skills to anticipate needs, answer questions and deliver a personalized experience

Required profile

• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Engaging, professional personality with strong verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts; must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Age 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months of retail, hospitality or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
