Customer Logistics Planner – Semiconductor

About the role

As a Customer Logistics Planner for the semiconductor business, you will coordinate the flow of components and finished goods to meet OEM demand. You will work closely with customers, sales, and production teams to ensure accurate order entry, timely releases, and high‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders and manage change requests.
• Plan procurement of components and finished goods based on production schedules.
• Release and schedule production orders to satisfy OEM demand.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve problems and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare formal customer quotes and process returns for credit.
• Manage payment disputes and debit issues.
• Maintain frequent contact with customers and sales to guarantee satisfaction.
• Analyze and track planning parameters such as order changes, inventory levels, and premium freight.
• Maintain planning and ordering parameters in the MRP system.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
