About the role

Guidehealth is seeking a Customer Guide to serve as the primary point of contact for members, patients, and providers. In this role you will navigate complex healthcare benefits, provide empathetic support, and ensure a seamless experience across inbound calls, program inquiries, and outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and program inquiries from members and providers.
• Conduct outbound outreach such as enrollment invitations, medication refill reminders, blood pressure checks, and wellness check‑ins.
• Deliver clear, human‑centered communication to explain benefits and care programs.
• Build trust, resolve issues promptly, and empower customers to use available services.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and support cross‑functional initiatives as required.
