Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly.
• Learn and master all ShowingTime products and services to provide accurate guidance.
• Utilize support tools and follow standardized processes while tailoring solutions to individual needs.
• Document cases clearly, prioritize pending tickets, and meet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional ShowingTime offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to de‑escalate calls and resolve blocking issues.
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional communication, patience, and a customer‑focused mindset.
