Customer Experience Representative – Montreal

About the role

Join Benjamin Moore’s Customer Service team as a Customer Experience Representative in Montreal. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering best‑in‑class support to retailers and ensuring a seamless ordering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current on all sales and order‑placement platforms and provide online support to retailers.
• Apply new training knowledge regularly and master company policies, promotions, freight rules, and product information.
• Supply customers with accurate details on orders, delivery schedules, product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Logistics to manage special delivery requirements and resolve product‑availability issues.
• Handle inquiries with a cheerful demeanor, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Evaluate information to resolve or appropriately escalate complaints.
• Deliver excellent service via phone and written communication, demonstrating emotional intelligence.
• Navigate internal systems and procedures efficiently to provide prompt resolutions.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile
