Customer Experience Guide - Seasonal

About the role

Join Patagonia’s Brooklyn store as a Customer Experience Guide for the peak season. In this short‑term role you will help deliver exceptional in‑store service, support inventory flow, and uphold visual standards while sharing the brand’s environmental mission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class sales and customer service, answering questions and assisting shoppers.
• Stock, stage, and maintain product displays, including folding, hanging, steaming, and dressing mannequins.
• Process shipments, support physical inventory counts, and restock the sales floor.
• Assist with sale preparation and breakdown, product transfers, and store donations.
• Answer phones, support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, and handle in‑store repairs.
• Practice security and loss‑prevention measures and respond to safety situations.

Required profile

• Available for a 2‑3 month seasonal contract, working up to 19 hours per week (76 hours per month).
• Enthusiastic about Patagonia’s mission to protect the environment and able to act as a brand ambassador.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced retail environment.
