Customer Experience Concierge – Centurion Lounge

About the role

The Member Service Professional (MSP) is the face of American Express at the Centurion Lounge in Harry Reid International Airport. You will welcome premium Card Members, provide concierge and travel assistance, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s promise of exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet Card Members, manage lounge access and create a welcoming environment.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, resolving issues quickly and creatively.
• Provide lifestyle and concierge recommendations, including travel consultation and limited reservation support.
• Collaborate with food‑and‑beverage partners to meet members’ needs.
• Maintain a Customer‑First mindset and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recent experience serving premium customers; airline, lounge or travel experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to listen, recommend confidently, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Team‑oriented, able to make swift decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful with internet research and comfortable switching between multiple technology platforms.
