Customer Experience Associate – Hospitality (French Speaking)

About the role

RH is seeking a polished Customer Experience Associate who speaks French and is passionate about luxury home furnishings and hospitality. You will deliver an exceptional, high‑touch service experience, remove obstacles for customers, and act as a trusted brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand with polished communication, appearance and professionalism.
• Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with the right associates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and leaders to exceed customer expectations.
• Build brand loyalty by being knowledgeable about RH product offerings, processes and systems.
• Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit and nurture lasting relationships.
• Qualify and educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in high‑end furniture or luxury retail.
• Poise and confidence when interacting with high‑end customers while maintaining confidentiality.
• People‑oriented, relationship‑driven and committed to first‑class service.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac Operating System.
• Experience using iOS devices.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Salesforce CRM.
• Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
