Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Customer Engagement Specialist is the primary point of contact for digital leads, MLS listings, and all customer touchpoints. This role ensures prospective buyers and agents receive timely, accurate, and professional service, supporting Perry Homes' reputation and sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to online and phone inquiries via chat, social media, email, and messenger platforms.
• Qualify, re‑assign, and distribute digital marketing leads from the NHC Queue to appropriate sales queues.
• Enter, update, and maintain MLS listings across multiple regions with high accuracy.
• Coordinate listing details—including pricing, photos, descriptions, and promotions—with sales professionals and marketing managers.
• Provide follow‑up, problem‑solving, and documentation to support customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in MLS coordination, customer service, or digital lead management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MLS platforms.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
