Customer Digital Representative – Sarasota

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Digital Representative to join our Sarasota team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, chat, SMS and online messaging, turning digital leads into scheduled service appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, website leads and other digital channels.
• Manage and follow up on leads from Google, Local Services Ads, Yelp, website chat and other marketing sources.
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments using ServiceTitan while maintaining fast response times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Document completed work orders from field technicians and escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services or memberships when appropriate.
• Support marketing and customer‑engagement initiatives by ensuring timely communication with every lead.

Required profile

• College degree preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of marketing or digital‑lead handling experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred).
