Customer Care Representative

About the role

Be the nerve center of customer success at Duraco Specialty Materials. You will keep orders moving, solve problems before they become headaches, and make every customer feel like a priority.

Key responsibilities

• Review open orders each morning, identify issues or delays, and find solutions.
• Communicate directly with customers, keep them informed, enter orders, confirm pricing, and ensure accuracy.
• Navigate multiple ERP systems, collaborate with buyers, and coordinate across locations.
• Own the order process from start to finish, ensuring speed and precision.
• Tackle challenges such as manufacturing delays or shipping questions, providing answers.
• Use tech‑savvy skills to juggle multiple systems and maintain flawless data entry.
• Work closely with a supportive, collaborative team.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion.
• Able to work independently while valuing teamwork.
• Passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making a difference daily.
• Experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service in a B2B or manufacturing environment is a plus.
