About the role
Odoo is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Associate to provide reactive support to a large portfolio of customers. The role is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day remote, and focuses on delivering fast, accurate assistance while building expertise in Odoo’s ERP platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 1,400–1,600 accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers.
- Handle administrative requests quickly and provide clear guidance to maximise product usage.
- Meet performance metrics related to task resolution and work ethic.
- Use internal tools and processes to track and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues.
- Develop deep knowledge of Odoo software to support customers effectively.
- Distribute educational resources and document insights to improve internal workflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
- Exceptional organisational skills and reliability.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, reactive environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
- Experience using customer support tools.
