About the role
The Curriculum & Catalog Coordinator supports the Office of the Provost by managing curriculum changes and maintaining official academic catalogs for assigned colleges. This role ensures that program updates are accurately reflected in both undergraduate and graduate catalog sections.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate curriculum and program change processes for assigned colleges.
- Maintain and update portions of the official academic catalogs.
- Collaborate with the Provost’s office and other curriculum coordinators.
- Provide operational and academic support to the Office of the Provost.
- Monitor catalog compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum two years of experience in higher education or a related professional field.
- Experience using Workday for HR or academic processes.
