Culinary Services Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, mission‑driven leader to oversee food and dining services for Wise Path Recovery Centers in the Morgantown area. You will launch the culinary program at our new Camp Baer retreat‑style treatment center while maintaining operational excellence at the existing Westover/Morgantown facility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the startup and organization of food service operations at Camp Baer.
• Provide ongoing leadership and operational support for dining services at Westover/Morgantown.
• Oversee meal preparation, service, sanitation, storage, and kitchen workflows.
• Develop menus and dining experiences that support a restorative recovery environment.
• Hire, train, and develop a strong culinary team.
• Establish kitchen systems, workflows, and standards from the ground up.
• Build vendor relationships and improve purchasing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and operational leaders to align food services with treatment goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a commercial kitchen or food service operation.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Knowledge of food‑safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
• Passion for serving individuals in recovery and creating a supportive dining environment.
