About the role

As a CTIO - AI Engineer Senior Manager within PwC's Internal Firm Services practice, you will lead the transformation of raw data into actionable insights, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and business growth. You will oversee advanced analytics initiatives, mentor diverse teams, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality AI solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced data solutions that convert raw data into actionable insights.
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making through exploratory analysis, descriptive statistics, and statistical modeling.
• Manage complex data analyses and create visualizations to solve business problems and inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee implementation of machine‑learning algorithms and predictive‑modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into data solutions.
• Lead and coach diverse teams through complex projects while maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data sets.
• Innovate processes to enhance data quality and integrity across analytics frameworks.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in fields such as Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, or Risk Management.
