CTIO - AI Architect - Senior Manager

About the role

As a CTIO – AI Architect – Senior Manager within PwC’s Internal Firm Services practice, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge technology solutions that address clients’ strategic business challenges. You will guide large‑scale projects, mentor multidisciplinary teams and ensure operational excellence while driving innovation across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to improve business performance.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of AI‑enabled technology initiatives for internal and external clients.
• Analyse business requirements and produce technical designs that enable successful solution delivery.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure to optimise infrastructure.
• Conduct business impact analyses and feasibility studies to inform technology road‑maps.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, coach teams on complex problem solving and promote innovative practices.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify integration challenges and validate outcomes.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying architectural issues and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in technology architecture, cloud services or AI solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and high‑performing, diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
