About the role

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service‑oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services at Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, Texas. This independent‑contract position offers a competitive $342,000 annual compensation and 11 weeks of paid time off.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care for orthopedic, gynecologic, ENT, obstetric, gastrointestinal, cath‑lab, pain management, and general surgery cases.
• Perform epidurals, spinal anesthetics, and peripheral nerve blocks; training is provided for skill development.
• Collaborate with the on‑site MD and the anesthesia team across four service sites.
• Participate in night‑call coverage on a CRNA‑only basis, without mandatory in‑house presence.
• Maintain a high case volume averaging 280 cases per month.

Required profile

• Board‑certified CRNA with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Ability to handle a diverse surgical case mix and high case volume.
