Family Medicine Physician – Full‑Time

About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, a large multispecialty group, as a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. You will work in a physician‑led, faith‑based environment that emphasizes quality care, community well‑being, and work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of six Family Medicine physicians and seven APCs under a dyad leadership model.
• Utilize AI‑integrated tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient interactions.
• Coordinate care with on‑site ER, radiology, and full‑service laboratory.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Full Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Commitment to the mission‑driven, faith‑based culture of CHRISTUS.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Experience using AI‑integrated documentation or clinical support tools.
