About the role

Chipotle is seeking enthusiastic crew members to join its restaurant teams. You will work across stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, preparing fresh food by hand and delivering a friendly, fast‑casual experience to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items following Chipotle’s recipes and food‑safety standards.
• Operate the grill, cash register, and other station equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to customers.
• Learn multiple stations to ensure flexibility and coverage.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food preparation.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
