About the role
Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. Comprehensive training will equip you to work at any station, from grill to cash register.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.
- Operate stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
