About the role

Join Chipotle as a Crew Member and help deliver real, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. You’ll work across multiple stations, from grill and prep to cashier and expo, ensuring a friendly atmosphere for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming experience.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
