About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to Chipotle standards.
• Operate the register, handle cash and digital payments, and provide friendly service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to food safety protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and equipment cleaning.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, efficient guest experience.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations, including cooking and prep.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow food preparation and safety guidelines.
