Crew Member – Full‑Time Landscape Technician

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Crew Member to join our landscape team on a full‑time basis. You will work on a variety of outdoor projects, ensuring properties are well‑maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steer, excavator, and backhoe.
• Perform lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, fertilization, and weed‑control applications.
• Mix, transport, and apply chemicals in compliance with state regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Keep job sites, vehicles, trailers, and storage areas organized and safe.
• Communicate any site issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years of experience in landscape installation or maintenance.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and follow site plans.
• Dependable, punctual, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently.
• Effective communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid State Technician or Applicator license (or ability to obtain).
