About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You’ll work alongside enthusiastic teammates to provide a friendly, high‑quality experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.
• Operate grill, prep stations, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
