Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative engine behind all of our audience‑building efforts. You will shape the narrative across organic short‑form videos on TikTok and Instagram as well as paid social ads on Meta and TikTok, turning attention into qualified customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the creative strategy for both organic and paid channels, defining hooks, angles, formats, and testing roadmaps.
• Write scripts, briefs, and captions for short‑form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and ad creative.
• Produce 30‑50 ad creative variations each month while maintaining a steady flow of organic content.
• Collaborate closely with the media buyer, analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and iterate creative based on data.
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and successful formats in adjacent niches.

Required profile

• A portfolio demonstrating a range of styles (talking‑head, voice‑over, testimonial, meme‑edit).
• Comfort discussing performance metrics and interpreting ad‑account data.
• Experience shipping hundreds of ad variations, not just a few.
• Strong writing ability for hooks, scripts, and captions.
• Understanding of the full marketing funnel – how creative interacts with landing pages, offers, and audiences.
• Interest or background in markets, trading, or technical subjects is a plus.
