Creative Project Manager – West Coast

About the role

The Creative Project Manager will own end‑to‑end workflow for client deliverables on the West Coast, ensuring internal teams are aligned and projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects using Asana, Google Drive, and status trackers, keeping documentation visible to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production and other departments.
• Identify potential issues early and propose proactive solutions.
• Schedule and lead team meetings with clear agendas, capture notes and consolidate feedback.
• Oversee designer and editor schedules, support occasional new‑business pitches, and eventually manage a small client while assisting senior PMs.

• Obsessed with getting things done the right way, on time and with the right people.
• Creative, organized, collaborative and comfortable asking questions or taking feedback.
• Ready to help teammates at a moment’s notice and eager to learn more about creative workflow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana.
• Strong experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Advanced Excel skills.
