Creative Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join a leading consumer goods brand in Greater Boston on a contract basis. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams on high‑visibility product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day traffic and workflow for print and digital creative projects from kickoff to final file release.
• Own 1‑2 product categories, maintain work‑back schedules, and communicate milestones across marketing, product development, and media teams.
• Lead daily and weekly status meetings with creative team members and business partners.
• Prepare and negotiate timelines, resources, and schedules with brand, product, and creative stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements across project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3‑9+ years of experience in project or traffic management within a creative environment.
• Experience in an in‑house creative department or an ad agency supporting multiple offices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Workfront.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Microsoft Word competency.
• Adobe Creative Suite (plus) and PowerPoint.
