Creative Project Manager – Contract (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end operational management of high‑visibility creative projects within our Enterprise Communications function. This 12‑month contract role will be based in Los Angeles with remote flexibility and occasional travel to key events such as Global Town Halls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake of all design‑related requests, advising leadership on resourcing, timelines and prioritisation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete, accurate and actionable.
• Serve as primary liaison across multiple project streams, handling traditional project‑management duties and maintaining clear communication.
• Oversee Global Town Hall projects, the CEO‑focused employee events held two to three times per year.
• Develop detailed production plans, coordinate timelines, dependencies, review cycles and approval milestones.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, design reviews and stakeholder check‑ins, capturing and distributing action items.
• Monitor milestones to ensure on‑time delivery of assets that meet brief requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project artifacts, decisions and updates.
• Identify and remove blockers, collaborating with design and business partners to keep work moving forward.
• Partner with Global Communications Strategy and Operations to refine workflows, intake processes and toolsets, including opportunities to integrate AI or automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and proactive ownership of project outcomes.
• Strong understanding of design workflows and ability to translate creative standards into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between designers, business partners and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
