Creative Producer – Video, Audio & Experiential

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Producer to lead multi‑disciplinary projects across video, audio, photography, social, experiential and activation for our Chicago team. The role works closely with Creative and Client Experience teams to bring ideas to life while managing budgets, timelines and production partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative and Client Experience teams to define the optimal approach for each project.
• Develop production roadmaps, timelines and milestones in partnership with Project Management.
• Source, evaluate and select production partners, negotiating costs to meet budget objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates, manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Draft and execute production contracts and Statements of Work with internal Legal.
• Research and pre‑screen directors, production companies, music, sound design, editorial, motion graphics, animation and experiential resources.
• Ensure compliance with SAG/AFTRA guidelines and coordinate rights and clearances with Business Affairs.
• Provide ongoing creative feedback, assess feasibility and protect the integrity of ideas throughout production.

Required profile

• Self‑starter able to work independently or with guidance from an Executive Producer.
• Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities across multiple projects.
• Hands‑on production experience with budget and schedule creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by productions.
