Creative & Graphic Designer / Product Coordinator

About the role

Caden Lane is seeking a trend‑obsessed Creative & Graphic Designer who will also coordinate product development for its baby and children’s apparel line. This full‑time, on‑site position in Boerne, TX, focuses on translating emerging trends into print, pattern, and product concepts that define the brand’s future collections.

Key responsibilities

• Design original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for baby, toddler, nursery, and family collections.
• Create seasonal color stories, family‑matching product concepts, and complete collections.
• Research and synthesize emerging trends across apparel, interiors, lifestyle, social media, retail, and fashion.
• Build trend reports, mood boards, and inspiration decks to guide product development.
• Develop production‑ready artwork and repeat patterns for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, and Marketing teams from concept through launch.
• Review strike‑offs, color approvals, and samples to ensure design integrity.
• Identify new product opportunities, categories, and trends aligned with the brand.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic, surface‑pattern, textile, or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print design, pattern development, color stories, and product concepts.
• Exceptional eye for composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to spot trends early and translate them into commercially successful products.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating repeat patterns and production‑ready artwork.
