Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

LAGOM is seeking a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented Creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality visual assets for eCommerce, paid advertising, and social channels. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to translate brand direction into compelling designs that support multiple brands, especially WEDAY.

Key responsibilities

• Design and edit product photos, videos, and banners for cross‑channel use.
• Create social‑first content aligned with platform trends and brand voice.
• Adapt visuals for paid ads, often repurposing eCommerce and user‑generated content.
• Develop brand assets such as packaging, brochures, stickers, logos, and digital collateral.
• Produce product‑based illustrations, animations, and layout designs for collections and limited drops.
• Support campaign ideation, mood‑board creation, and visual execution.
• Stay current on platform trends and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Help maintain consistent brand standards across all creative assets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital design experience in advertising, social, influencer marketing, or a fast‑moving creative environment.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining detail‑orientation.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Figma.
• Short‑form video editing and platform‑specific best practices (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• AI‑assisted design tools such as Gemini or Runway.
• Basic camera and lighting knowledge for simple product shoots.
