Creative Director

About the role

This senior individual contributor position leads the creative output of Plan Left across brand strategy, design, copywriting, and video/motion work. You will work directly with the Marketing Director and Account Director as part of a three‑person leadership core.

Key responsibilities

• Own visual identity systems, campaign creative, web design, sales collateral and pitch materials.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, voice & tone, audience personas and strategic briefs.
• Write brand messaging, web copy, campaign copy and long‑form content.
• Direct video projects, write scripts, storyboard concepts and collaborate with production resources.
• Act as the creative voice in client conversations, internal strategy sessions and new‑business pitches.

Required profile

• At least eight years of experience as a senior designer, art director, associate creative director or creative director.
• Strong design portfolio covering brand identity, digital and campaign work.
• Excellent copywriting ability across headlines, taglines and web copy.
• System‑thinking mindset, comfortable building brand systems and landing pages.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fully remote environment.
