Creative Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior Creative Account Manager at WITHIN, you will drive business growth by crafting innovative marketing strategies and managing key client relationships. Reporting to an Account Director, you will collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver tailored communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for mid‑ and senior‑level clients, overseeing digital creative workstreams.
• Partner with internal creative and strategy teams to provide impactful recommendations and content.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
• Monitor social culture, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ businesses, missions, and key stakeholders.
• Cultivate cross‑practice client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Oversee and mentor mid‑level Account Managers.
• Lead the development of client presentations and pitches.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience working with creative teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience owning client relationships and scoping new agreements.
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech sector.
• Track record of revenue responsibility and account growth.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
