CPaaS Product Management Intern

About the role

Tencent Cloud International, within the Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG), is offering a CPaaS Product Management Internship for final-year undergraduates and graduate students. The internship gives hands-on learning and mentorship while collaborating with industry experts on product design and operations, with a commitment of at least 6 months full time.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in designing CPaaS products, contributing to framework, function and interaction design under the guidance of experienced product managers.
• Research market trends, industry developments and competitors to inform product decisions.
• Help draft product requirement documents and related documentation.
• Support product operations and promotion to raise product awareness and adoption.

Required profile

• Final-year undergraduate or graduate student in technology, management, economics, computer science or an equivalent field.
• Commitment of at least 6 months full time.
• Previous B2B product internships, especially in PaaS or SaaS, are preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping and flowchart design software.
• Product management certifications are advantageous.

What we offer

• Expected base pay of $27.12 to $51.93 per hour, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
• 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays per year.
