Country Manager USA - South Region

About the role

Grespania, a leading European manufacturer of premium ceramic and porcelain surfaces, is looking for a Country Manager to drive growth across the Southern United States. Based in Miami, you will own the commercial strategy for one of the company's most important international territories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Southern United States.
• Achieve ambitious sales, profitability and market development targets.
• Strengthen existing distributor relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Expand Grespania’s presence within the architectural and design community through specification‑driven sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, business reviews and strategic action plans.
• Represent Grespania at industry events, trade exhibitions and customer meetings.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory to maintain close relationships with customers and partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of successful commercial leadership experience in the ceramic tile or related building‑materials sector.
• Proven track record in business development, distributor management and key‑account growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to work autonomously in an international environment.

Required skills

• Industry knowledge of ceramic tiles and building materials.
