Corporate Security Engineer

About the role

Serval is building an AI‑native automation platform and needs a senior security professional to lead corporate security. The role will define and execute the strategy for endpoint protection, device trust, SaaS posture, workforce identity and network access across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own endpoint security for the fleet, including hardened baselines, detection and protection, full‑disk encryption, patch compliance and centralized device management.
• Stand up and operate a device‑trust program that only allows healthy, managed and attested devices to access corporate and production resources.
• Implement binary authorization and application allow‑listing to prevent unauthorized software from running.
• Build a SaaS Security Posture Management practice to secure configurations, monitor drift and govern third‑party OAuth integrations.
• Manage workforce identity, SSO, phishing‑resistant MFA and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle with least‑privilege enforcement.
• Lead corporate network security, including certificate‑based (802.1x) access control and zero‑trust mesh policies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with deep expertise in corporate/enterprise security, endpoint security and workforce identity.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling security teams and programs.
• Mission‑oriented, high integrity and passionate about securing a modern, high‑trust workforce.

Required skills

• macOS endpoint security, MDM and configuration hardening.
• Endpoint detection and protection, full‑disk encryption, patch and compliance management.
• Device‑trust programs, binary authorization and application allow‑listing.
• SaaS Security Posture Management and OAuth grant governance.
• Workforce identity management (SSO, phishing‑resistant MFA, lifecycle automation).
• Certificate‑based network access control (802.1x) and zero‑trust mesh policies.
• Scripting, tooling automation and treating security controls as code.
