Corporate Director of Sales – Hotel Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Corporate Director of Sales to lead and execute sales strategies across our portfolio of Hyatt and IHG‑branded hotels. This senior position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is fully onsite in Uniondale, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across all branded hotels.
• Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and promotions for corporate and group business.
• Oversee key account development, RFP processes, and sales training initiatives across the portfolio.
• Facilitate regular sales calls, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions with hotel sales teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners, conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive hotel sales experience, including corporate or multi‑property oversight.
• Proven ability to generate measurable revenue growth and lead diverse sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools such as Delphi, Salesforce, and OneYield.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
