Corporate Communications Associate

About the role

The Communications Associate will support the planning, development, and execution of communication initiatives for Privia Health’s Care Center and clinician audiences. This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution to convey Privia’s mission and key messages across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch communication campaigns for Care Center stakeholders.
• Participate in national clinician and Care Center project workstreams to provide communications support.
• Manage the editorial process for clinician‑facing newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant content.
• Administer the Account Engagement platform: maintain data accuracy, create templates, execute campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.
• Support the Care Center intranet (Privia Connect) by maintaining brand compliance and adding new content.
• Draft and publish knowledge articles to educate staff on Privia services and best practices.
• Analyze industry trends and communications data to identify opportunities and measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on business priorities, launches, organizational changes, and strategic communications while tracking multiple projects in Monday.com.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional experience in corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Organized, flexible, creative, and comfortable collaborating with leaders and receiving feedback.
