Corporate Attorney – Up to $250k Base – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking experienced corporate attorneys to join a fast‑growing New York‑based firm on a fully remote basis. The position offers no billable‑hour requirement, allowing you to focus on high‑impact corporate work for innovative startups across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt financing, and venture‑capital deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage corporate documentation, including entity formation, governance, and transaction structuring.
• Support startup founders, investors, and management teams with corporate structuring, fundraising strategies, and operational legal matters.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Significant experience in corporate law, M&A, and venture‑capital transactions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high quality and responsiveness.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
