Copywriter – Brand Content Specialist

About the role

The Copywriter will craft compelling brand content that balances creative execution with strategic thinking. Working within Appcast’s recruitment advertising technology business, you will ensure consistent brand voice across products, services and employer‑brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret briefs, creative direction and brand guidelines to produce original copy that meets customer objectives.
• Develop engaging copy for websites, marketing campaigns, talent‑attraction initiatives and internal communications.
• Collaborate with designers, other copywriters and project managers to align content across all platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance, proofreading and polishing to maintain brand standards.
• Use research and data to shape content strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Act as a brand steward, safeguarding voice and tone consistency.
• Partner with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience writing for websites and comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to understand project scope, balance resources and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
