Copilot Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Copilot Trainer to lead enablement and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across major applications. The role combines technical expertise with adult‑learning design to deliver engaging webinars, hands‑on labs, and adoption programs for enterprise users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training curricula, learning paths, and facilitator guides for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Conduct large‑scale webinars, interactive sessions, and hands‑on labs covering summarization, drafting, analysis, meeting intelligence, email triage, document understanding, and presentation creation.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, persona mapping, and scenario development to tailor content to user needs.
• Drive change‑management initiatives such as champion networks, reinforcement loops, nudges, and communication plans.
• Monitor adoption metrics, survey results, and dashboards to provide feedback and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Produce deliverables including demo scripts, prompt libraries, runbooks, FAQs, and campaign content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, digital adoption, or productivity transformation.
• Proven track record delivering Microsoft 365 (Teams, Office apps) or AI‑assistant training.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and adult‑learning design skills.
• Experience running adoption programs and change‑management activities.
• Optional certifications: Microsoft Fundamentals/Modern Work, Prosci/ADKAR, Design Thinking.
